Lesego Marakalla(RACHEL) Quits Skeem Saam
After 8 years on the hit SABC1 youth soapie playing Rachel Kunutu, the actress has resigned citing an intention to take a break from acting and return to school full time.
Her final appearance will be June 19th.
In a statement, Lesego says she is not sure if she will return to acting.
“To all my fans, I really appreciate the love and support you have given me since day one”
— added the actress regarding her departure from the Rachel role.
